TAG_COUNTRY28

I'm running windows XP home.
When I go to Help and Support and ask for system
information, my computer hangs up with the message
TAG_COUNTRY28. I have searched my disk for this phrase
but nothing shows up. My computer has been messing up
lately and I thought this would be a good place to start
troubleshooting.
