Service Pack 2 is still in beta, the final won't be released until the
middle of the year.

To uninstall it go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.

To see Service Pack 2 listed you may have to check a box at the top of the
Window (I'm not on my SP2 box at the moment to check what's labelled as, but
it's near the top-right side of the window).

Try the specialist group - microsoft.public.tabletpc and the ones for
the SP2 test in microsoft.private.xpsp2.tabletpc for which you can find
logon information at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/sp2preview.mspx

It must be stressed that the current SP2 RC1 is provided for evaluation
and test and it is explicitly warned that you should *not* install it on
any production machine (or at least not without an image backup). The
installation should have provided an uninstall in Add Remove Programs
(check the show hotfixes)
