syzysy.exe - unable to locate component

R

Rob C

The error message in the subject line appears when I
insert a dvd into my burner on my laptop. The rest of the
error msg looks like this.

This application has failed to start because wnaspi32.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the
problem.

Please help.... Thanks

I really don't mean to be a smartass, but did you follow the advice in the
error message and uninstall/reinstall the application?

Cheers,
John
