Systray icons

I need to enlarge the systay icons.
Since setting the Display dpi setting to 150% (144) and playing with pther
font sized in *Appearnce*, the systray icons are now stacked 2 high and
seem very small (too small for my old eyes, anyway!)
I would also like to make the Task Bar icons a bit bigger (but not huge).

TIA

Please take this question to the windowsxp.customize newsgroup.

Sorry, but I assumed that, given its title, and the fact that I am partially
sighted, that this was the correct group for those wishing to make things
more accessible.
Just for the record, what _is_ it's purpose?

That actual focus of this newsgroup is the XP Accessibility applet that can
be found on Start\All Programs\Accessories\Accessibility.

Your question regarded a customization that may go well beyond the ability
of system level changes that can be made in the Display applet and the
regulars in the customization newsgroup might be better able to help you
with your issue.

ok, & thamks
I am trying your sugessed n/g but no luck so far.

(Oit of interest, I _was_ told there that they *cannot* be changed, but they
are very definitely smaller than they were...5mm square on a 19 inch screen
@ 1024 x 768)

You're welcome. If it can be done in XP without some third party software,
it is in that group you are most likely to get a response. Those users tend
to be more experienced, that know what can be done in the Registry and there
tend to be fewer beginners in that newsgroup.

If that fails, you my need to check for third party applications that might
handle this task. You might check www.google.com for applications that can
customize XP; perhaps use, customize XP as your search criteria or customize
icon fonts.

Good luck.
