systems configuration opens with boot

Hi ; every time I boot on systems configuration opens . I have tried all of
the easy cures that M/S offers to no avail, I NEED HELP TO GET THIS THING
FROM POPPING UP AL THE TIME . THANKS

1. Click Start, Run and type "msconfig /auto". Check the option "Don't
show......." and press OK.
