when ever I start up my computer it will boot up normally then something will
pop up and say"BootSector Write!! Virus:Y/N" then when i press no it wont
boot up so then I press Y Then it will boot to windows XP but then go to a
blue screen but i do not have enough time to read it then it reboots then it
says something like this"Your computer restarted probly to save your files.
If this was an unknown reason choose "boot windows normaly" if other wise
choose "Last known good configuration"" Then I would choose Last known good
configuration and it would do the same thing as above then I would try boot
windows normaly and it still would do the same thing as above. another thing
is before it started doing this i installed norton to get rid of that problem
it was having(like rebooting every half an hour) but each time it would try
to fix it or quorentine it, it would reboot it self but not all the way like
turn on but not start up.

Like is there any way of booting it into DOS then fixing it there like i did
with my ME(I booted it into DOS then typed "ScanReg\ Restore" then i choose a
date"

You could try booting into Safe Mode and doing a system restore to before
you had this problem.
