SystemCed During Backup

We recently acquired Fujitsu-Siemens Servers for our new Erp system.
One of the servers some times gives us a problem and we had to restart
it from the button. Today we did SQL backup and the system blocked and
when we restarted it we had the SYSTEMCED error. Anybody has any idea
why this happened??
