Hello my parents computer came up with the error missing file \WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced i went through the restore a backup of the system hive at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;269075 and when i exit the repair console and restart like it says to, it no longer gives me that error but instead when it tries to load windows 2000 it goes through the loading screen and after it's done loading the blue screen pops up and instantly restarts itself on it's own. is there anyone who could possible help me with this thanks for your time.
