System32 Folder

Everytime I log on to the computer the Windows System 32
folder opens in a new window. I have yet to be able to fix
it so it will stop. Any suggestions? I went to a newsgroup
through Outlook Express and it was the worst thing I could
have done. There must be alot of individuals who hate
Microsoft. I now get 10-20 emails a day that contain
virses. Fortunately, I had antivirus software installed,
but I am stillreceiving them. I am at the point of
changing my email.
