Hi,

In my task bar this program uses 96% of my resources
"System Idle process"
Is it safe to end it.

System Idle Process shows how much of the resources are *not* being used - 96% is good. You don't want to disable it.

There's nothing to end. "System Idle Process" is not any problem
at all. That's just the name for what the system is doing when
it's not doing anything. It's there to make the total add up to
100%.
