System Tools-System Information

Hello,

When I try to load System Information, there is a flash like something
is loading, but nothing ever comes up. The properties shows it to be
Msinfo32.exe. However, when I try to start that file, nothing happens.

Suggestions please.

I installed the reg fix, but didn't get a chance to reboot until today.

Still no joy :-(

When I click on Help and Support from the Start menu,

that doesn't work either....
