system standby

I would like to change the amount of time before my computer goes into system stanby to longer than 15 minutes. When I go to power options it says close Microsoft Power Opyions and use Toshiba Power Management, but Toshiba Power Management does not have an option of changing the standby length and Microsoft power options will not allow me to change it. How can I change the standby time?
