system Slow Down

If I leave my system on overnight, irregardless if it is connected to
internet or not, when I return it runs very slow, sometimes not waking up
etc.. a reset solves this problem. The same occurs after several hours of
internet usage. again a reset solves.

Make sure you are deleting your temp files and cookies on a frequent basis.
