Remove the Automatic reboot so that it will Blue screen
and then you can see the Stop message.

I have the same issue, XP blue screen of death with a Stop
0X0000000A. IRQL_ error that indicates its a driver
problem.

I have tried just about everything. Very frustrating.
Some chat boards recommend that you check:
(not in any specific order)
- your power supply.
- Fans working properly, system not to hot.
- test your memory.
- Virus scan your system, with the latest updates, stinger.
- Run XP repair.
- update your drivers.
- update your mother board bios.
- etc.

The problem has been resolved for some, but it still
reboots for me. I know that microsoft can't solve all the
problems, but it sure would be nice if their software told
me which driver was the problem.

Disgruntled customer. Never had this type of a problem
with 98.
