This is what it says when booting up the PC.

Primary Master - none
Primary Slave - none
Secondary master - pioneer dvd tw dvr 108 1.04
secondary slave - 4L DT STDVD ROM GDR8163B 0L23

Main Processor: AMD Duron 1200MHz
Memory Testing 524288K OK
Memory Frequency for DDR 333 specification
Memory frequency is at 333 MHz

System running in fail safe state. Please recheck BIOS CMOS setup

F1 to continue DEL to enter setup

We press F1 to get into system.

Isn't this a BIOS screen? I don't see a hard disk, and I would look at the
cabling.
You ought to put the two optical drives on one 1 IDE channel. Put your hard
drives on the other IDE channel.

If you have one or more hard drives in your computer, they are either not connected at all, not connected properly or broken. If you do not have a hard drive in your computer, you need to get one.

What the message means is that you need to determine why there are no hard
drives listed.
