my computer doesn't boot up into windows. I can't start it
via safe mode, or via safe mode command prompt. it
indicates that i have way too many dll's missing or
corrupt. How can I boot my pc from the cd and fix my boot
up without losing any logon screens including documents and
system settings? I have racked my mind now for 12 hours and
can't seem to locate the proper help articles under the IT
Knowledge Base. HELP...
