System Restore or Password Restore or Accout Restore

Ok.. My administration account has an unknown password ( I forgot) I
though i knew it so i deleted my other admin account, which now I am
stuck with a restricted account. Can't install, run system restore or
change password. I need to find a way to force run system restore
because I need admin to run that so I can get my deleted account back.
OR I need to some how crack my admin accounts password..

I'm in a pinch...

Hi,

At the welcome screen do a Ctrl+alt+del twice.
This will bring up the "Log On to Windows" box.
Type in administrator as the User Name, leave the Password blank and press
enter.
Hopefully there was no password set.
Note: This hidden "Administrator" account is not intended for day to day use
and should not be used as such.
You should be able to access System Restore from there. Just be aware user
data such as document and images files will not be restored.

Hello,

In your case, you can reset admin password. For this purpose I suppose
you can try Active@ Password Changer utility. It can reset lost or
forgotten pass.
