System restore not found

I hope someone can help. I have XP Pro 64 bit on my main (boss?) computer
with all service packs installed. The other three computers in my home
wireless network run XP (32) Home or Pro. Up until a few days ago,
everything worked well; each computer could talk the other and all connected
to the internet and to the printer, which is cable attached to the boss.

My 7 year old son and some of his friends started playing on all the
workstations around about that time. Now I am in a situation where I can
access the internet from any workstation, but cannot talk to the other
computers, and can only print from the 'boss' computer. I was hoping to
restore from a week or so back, but I have been unable to get at 'system
restore' from the boss computer, although I have always been able to in the
past. It simply does not appear as an option in "Accessories: system tools".
I have searched the computer without success and have also tried to find it
from the Windows CD.

I have checked that System Restore is switched on in Control Panel-System
Properties-System Restore.

Before you do anything with your system you have a much more serious issue to
resolve first. Why are a pack of 7 year olds assuming a computer system is a
sand box? do they have access to your car as well? Do you have guns in the
house?
