system restore incomplete

I have tried several times to system restore my computer,
but every single time the computer reboot back up and
tell me 'restoration incomplete'.

Please tell me how to deal with this problem at my
email. I'll be much appreciative.

Sorry, no free email support. You don't provide enough information to
get a specific answer. So, the stock answer is: assuming the hardware
is all ok, format the drive, clean install Windows, reinstall programs
from cd's, restore your data from backups.
