Recently i tried to restore my system to an earlier
reatore point but after performing the restore and
restarting, the system restore window showed that no
changes have been made to my computer and asked me to
chose another restore point i tried all the restore
points available in the past 4 days but it keep showing
me the message that "no changes have been made to the
computer. please select another resore point". i have
updated winxp to service pack2 but the problem still
exists. i have turned off the system restore and turned
it on again but i still get the same msg when i try 2
restore the system. While restoring the system, the
progress bar moves slowly in the begining (almost till
1/4 position) and then jumps to the end and the system
restarts. Also after updating to sp2, while shtting down
or restarting, i have to forcibly shut down explorer by
pressing on end now as it says explorer not responding.
Please help me resolve my problems.
