System Restore Appl has encounter a prob and needs to close!

I get this message when I try to open my restore. I have
made sure that the program is active to no luck.
Details:
AppName: rtrui.exe AppVer:5.1.2600.1106
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1142
ModName:srrstr.dll

At this time I dont need to restore but I want to make
sure that when the time comes I will have this option!

Found this fix for anyone else with restore problems.
start, then run- type %windir%\inf
click ok, locate the file sr and right click it and the
click install. I was prompted for my winxp install disk
and then found file sr and it loaded and with a reboot
everything is working fine...
