system restarts automaticaly

My computer restart automatically after windows loads in.
I know that the reason it is doing this is the "automatic
restart" after a crash. I am also aware that this option
can be disable by going to System Properties | Advanced |
Startup and Recovery Settings. Remove
the check from the box that says Automatically restart.


My problem is that i don't have enought time to do that.
The system restarts in 2 seconds.

I also know that this option can be turned off in the
registry. How can i do that without the regedit.exe
program. Is there anyway to edit the main file where all
the rigistries are?

Why don't you restart in safe mode, then change the setting.
