System Restarting ?????????????

Hi!

My system is getting restart after working for sometime
say 30min to 1hr.

Error:
C:\WINNT\System32\isass.exe terminated unexpectedly with
status code 128 system rebooting.

Kindly help how to solve the problem. Any help is hightly
appreciated.

The file is actually lsass.exe (not isass.exe) and I'm 99% sure you have
some variation of the sasser worm.
