Error Message

After installing my windows2000, Two hours later my
system restarted and it kept on restarting with this
error message (C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\ISASS.EXE TERMINATED
UNEXPECTEDLY WITH STATUS CODE 128.) Can someone help me
with this message.
