When i start Windows 2000 Server with SP3 and the "Preparing network
connections" message is displayed, i receive the following error message:

The system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off.
Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

The system process C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\LSASS.EXE terminated unexpectedly with
status code 128. The system will shut down and restart.

I've tried to remove the sasser virus but i doesn't find that virus, and
i've already instal the update KB835732.

I need help

Variant of the virus. You need all the patches and latest antivirus. Have
you tried Stinger to remove it?

I tried Stinger and all FxSasser from Norton but neither found virus.
I only can boot windows in System Recover. If i tried in Safe Mode it gives
the same error.
There's any way of starting the windows without rebooting?
