system resources

After I leave my computer alone for about 30 minutes,
when I try to open an aplication I keep getting the
message(INSUFFICIENT SYSTEM RESOURCE EXIST TO COMPLETE
THE REQUESTED SERVICE) beleave me I have tried everything
that I could, like modifying the PAGING FILES AND
STOPPING UNNEEDED APPLICATION,I EVEN INSTALLED A MEMORY
MANAGER WITHOUT SUCCESS.What I would like to know is what
is causing my computer to burn all this resourse in the
first place, is there a way to find out,and I can I fix
this thank you anybody for your help

GeFORCE 4 TI 4600
LATEST DRIVER EVERYWHERE
CREATIVE SOUND BLASTER LIVE 5.1 GAMER
2 HARD DRIVE(10GIG and 60GIG)

When this happens, you may want to look at Processes and Performance in the
Task Manager. Have you done that yet?

Thank you for your reply , but when that happen and
I try to open any window to see what is going on ,I keep
getting this message about the resourse been to low, I
have no other choise then to restart window.After I have
restarted window ,I tried looking at the ADMINISTRATIVE
TOOLS for any sign of the error messages in the event
viewer without any result...
