Insufficient system resources

Using Iomega Storecenter 022E52 1TB (i.e. NAS) with high end gigabit network
and laptop with 2 gig ram and 100 gig hard drive...

I cannot copy large files (i.e. 25 gig) to the NAS drive. Everytime it
makes it about 90% of the way through, and then fails. The error message is
always the same (from event viewer below): "Insufficient system resources
exist to complete the requested service."

Operation with partition "C:" was terminated.
Details
Tag = 0x0
Error writing the file. (0x40003)
function = "WriteFileNoCache"
Tag = 0x7CEB2CDC9FB1212B
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Please advise.

The URL you give (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259837 ) indicates the
problem was fixed in SP2 for Windows 2000. I guess I wasn't clear, but I am
using Windows XP will all latest updates.

There are many posts on this issue, and I have read them, but none specific
to a simple copy.

Any other ideas?
Thanks
Bob
