When I install Windos Vista Ultimate x86 edition on my laptop a program
called AVG antivirus was not working so I unstalled it. Afterwrads after a
system reboot It was not removed, So i tried system resotre but it could not
open system resotr saying that "wer.dll was missing" So I reinstalled Windows
Vista Ultimate again, but that still dodn't work. Can you help me?

I call it System Sore... This is one problem i really encountered with
missing dll files because of numerous restores. to a point i backed up my
data and files then completely reformatted the system and installed from
scratch..

You can try reinstalling AVG but if it still causes you problems... try
reformatting from scratch..

make sure your hardware are all vista compatible...
