When I attempt to go to only certain sites on the web, my
system reboots itself right before the video portion
loads. I get the message "The computer has rebooted from
a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000001,
0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000001). Microsoft Windows
2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini092303-01.dmp." in the event log
after this happens.

How do I fix this?

Bugcheck 0xD1 is caused by mis-behaving driver (in your case, might be the
video driver). Try booting to save mode and get the latest driver from the
manufacturer. Make sure that the driver is signed and verified.
