Plz hlp my computer gets reboot with bugcheck

Please help my computer gets reboot 3-4 times a day there
was a blue screen appers with error msg. physical memory
dump. The event viewer shows this error.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0x7fb06b30, 0x00000002, 0x00000001,
0xbfd6e9c6). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini110203-04.dmp.

STOP 0xD1s are kernel mode driver related STOPs, did you recently install
any new hardware or software on the machine? If so, uninstall it and check
the results. Also, do the STOPs occur when you perform a specific task such
as printing ,gaming, etc? Might lead to a clue as to what is causing the
bugcheck.
