Windows 2000 Server w/ Exchange 2003 keeps crashing and rebooting.

I have a Windows 2000 server that keeps crashing on me and I don't know how
to find out if I am having a software or hardware issue. I get this save
dump messages in the event viewer and I don't know what to really do about
them. I have never debugged a dump file and think that that might be the
best way in finding out what the problem is. Please any help would be great.
Here is what I am seeing:
