Bugcheck?

Hi, I've got some mildly serious problems that are really BUGing (ha ha
ha... shut up...) me. I routinely use Anvil Studio to compose Midis, but,
recently my Motherboard died, and I found a similar model for cheap
(warning!) Well, I installed it, and everything was fine, except that upon
quitting Anvil Studio, the computer will mysteriously reboot. I wondered
about it for a long time, ofter resorting to using Task Manager to kill the
process, but that's only a work around.

Then, tonight, it just randomly occurred while doing something else in
another program. It then occurred to me to look in the Event Viewer, and so
I did. I found an event from "Save Dump" which occurred at the right time. I
then found a number of other Save Dump messages. I checked them, and they
were all one of four messages. I included them below for your edification.
Please help me resolve this issue!

(Note about the dates: ignore the dates. The other problem with this mother
board is that the clock is fugged up, but I can live with that thanks to
some NTP software)

Oh no... I've had this copy installed since around early 2001, so that's 2
1/2 years of patches... <sigh>

Anyway, yeah, I know about that option, but I forgot about it before. I
turned it off last night.

Did you do a clean reinstall after you switched motherboards?
If not, you should. In fact you probably will have to.

BTW you can turn off the option to automatically reboot on a
blue screen error (in System Properties/Advanced/Startup and
Recovery), and the complete blue screen will give you an idea
of which driver(s) is/are causing the error.
