System Lock up

Running windows 2000P on a Dell 4100 when trying to
connect, via dial modem, to my ISP using either Outlook
Express or Internet Explorer the computer locks up. The
following message is displayed:

STOP 0x000000D1
(0x00000002,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x81C000CB)

DRIVEL_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I can dial out with no problem using HYPERTERMINAL...

Has anyone seen this or knows what the problem is?

Looks like a bad modemdriver. Boot in safe mode and choose Last known.
