system freezing and restarting

pls help me.i have a freezing problem with my
computer.before my computer is running good,now i always
get stuck or freeze when ever i start up my computer.is
there a way my computer will run better and will not
freeze anymore?pls kindly help me solve this freezing
problem...thanks
