System Freeze

My system freeze a lot. What seems to be the problem?
Help............ anyone. thanks.

Heat? Be sure that all fans are operating, and that the case has adequate
ventilation.

Also investigate an update for the video driver - from the chip or card
manufacturer's WEBsite. If results are poor ROLL BACK to the prior
drivers. If you are unfamiliar with this process, it's best left to
someone who is.

Too true. Also, don't forget bad memory. However, that seems to cause
a kernel panic and reboots in most cases I've seen.
