System Explorers feature not working

The system explorers feature on MS-AS is not working, when
I click on the feature it brings up the sidebar but I don't
see anything under it.

One user has fixed this issue by disabling all third-party services via
MSCONFIG, restarting, and reinstalling Microsoft Antispyware. (and then
enabling the services again)

If you try this route and depend on a software firewall, disconnect from the
Internet.
