my computer is just sitting around not doing anything,
normally. Then I check my task manager and it says i'm
using 100% of my cpu when I'm not running any applications.
I look to see what is taking up so much time and it says
that System.exe is using 99% of the cpu time when normally
the system idle process was using all the cpu time because
I'm not doing anything. Does any one know what is
happening and how to fix it?
