system error?

When I restart my laptop or come out of "hibernation" I
just started getting a message at the top of my screen:

103 - Charge Circuit Failure

There are no obvious problems associated with this error,
but I'd like to find out what to do about it.

Thanks to anyone with information!
 
You may want to check with you Computer manufacturer regarding this error.
I suspect that your laptop battery is not charging and you need to find out
why.
