System crashes when I "right-click" on the Start Button.

I have XP Home Edition on my home PC. It cam pre-loaded on the system when I
bought it in December 2004 but the system crashes when I "right-click" on the
Start Button.

It generates an error message that is sent to Microsoft automatically.
Is this a common problem and can it be fixed?

This only happens when I am on a limited account but everything works
normally when I am on an administrators account on the same PC. Can anyone
advise how this can be fixed?

Look in the System and Application logs for Error and Warning reports at
the time when the problem occurs and post copies here.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer. When researching the
meaning of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and
Description are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message(email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report
complete with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.
