System Blue Screens

I am using Windows 2000 Small Business Server, from time to time the system blue screens with the error message "PFN_File_Corupt", what can I do to rectify this

Sure that isn't "PNF"?
If possible locate the bad .PNF file in %systemroot%\INF\, confirm
there is a matching .INF file, rename the bad .PNF, restart.

Otherwise (PFN) don't know.

I think he may be speaking of Bugcheck 0x4E which is PFN_LIST_CORRUPT.
Often people will tell you that a bugcheck is a hardware issue, often they
are not correct. In this case they are more correct, it is usually driver
