System backup on XP Home

What happened? Windows 98 had backup capabilities - does
Windows XP Home edition not offer this feature? Is it
possible to add just the backup tool from XP Pro or do I
need to do a complete upgrade to XP Pro to get backup
functionality?

Hi Dawn,

Backup isn't installed by default on Home Edition, but you can install it
from the CD:

However, see earlier post-- in my case the backup utility
does not start after manually installing from the XP-Home
CD. (This CD does not come with most new machines, you
have to buy it).
