System Auto Shutdown

My system is doing the auto-shutdown thing we saw in the past, with a 30second timer ect.
I am on now the same box in safe mode, any help would be nice.

It seems I can't get rid of this virus, or whatever it is...Everytime at startup, the same thing happens, I finally got it stopped b4 reboot, without alt-f4ing all my pop-ups at startup...
Error message at top says "RUNDLL" And the acctual msg is "Error loading C:\PROGRA~`\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL" The specified module could not be found.
I know what file this virus game from now, and it has been taken care off, but corupt files are still somewhere, and avg cannot find them.
