ok i just reformated my pc and when it was starting up, i
got this blue screen with stop:c0000221 unkown hard
error\systemroot\system32 ntdll.dll

what does that mean and is there a way to fix it?

If you are getting a stop error right after reinstalling, try again. If it
happens again, then I'd try removing any peripherals you don't need. If the
problem is STILL occurring, then there might be a memory problem, etc. But,
I'd definitely start with reformatting again.

ok... try reformatting.. but instead.. re-partition the
hard drive.. using fdisk: delete partitions and create
primary partition... then format c: ..
