Stop error

My computer starts to load 2000 and stops I get the blue
screen and this message STOP:c0000221 Unknown Hard Error
Systemroot/system32/ntdll.dll

I've gone in in Safe Mode and removed all the software I
install before I got this error, but I'm still getting it

Any suggestions?
