Stop Error at startup

on start up i am getting the following blue screen message:

STOP c000026c unable to load device driver \%SystemRoot%
\System32\Drivers\Mxlw2k.sys. Device driver could not be
loaded, error status 0xc0000221

i have tried to restart in safe mode but computer will
continue to go back to this message

Help!! what do i do??

Did you have Adapted Easy CD Creater installed or Music Match? You can try
to boot from the windows CD and go to repair console and either remove this
driver or set it to manual so it wont load on startup.

a recent new dnload update from music match may be the
source, that is the only item which i can recall being
recently added. thank you.
