System 32 pop up

As Windows XP loads, the system 32 window always pops up.
I click on the x and it disappears. How do I keep this
from appearing each time I start the computer?

I am having the same problem.

I have not found a way to stop the system 32 folder from
comming up on each bootup??

Help please....
