system 32 window pops up at start up

hello, every time i start up my computer a windows that
says system 32 pops up, it contains several empty
folders, i have no idea as to how this started, it
usually pops up 2 or 3 times one right after the other,
please help, this is annoying, and i hope its not some
kind of a virus or something, thank you for your time.--

Most likely this is from a spyware program. Look in the

system config utility, (msconfig.exe) in the startup tab
area for a app with that system32 in it's name. Also try
this handy tool; http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
