someone please help me....system 32

to whoever might be able to help me,
i use windows xp professional and whenever i start up my
computer i get this window that pops up that says "system
32 folder" and these files are hidden...and firstly i
don't know why it appears but when i close it it stays
closed. Now all of a sudden when i open internet explorer
this system 32 window opens...and opens...and opens...no
matter how many times i close it it just reopens. i don't
know why this is happening. its so frustrating because it
takes me 10 minutes to type in an internet address
because the stupid window keeps popping up!!! if there is
anyone out there who knows about anything that i'm
talking about and can help me or knows someone who can
help me i'm begging please for your help. if this message
sounds desperate...its because i am desperate. thanks

possibly one or more entries in the RUN key are corrupted

if you are comfortable with using the registry editor, then maybe we can
have a look at those keys and delete/fix what may be corrupted
