System 32\p4mx4.exe

Help... Each time I log onto my computer I receive an
error msg regarding c:\windows\system32\p4mx4.exe

Can anyone tell me how to remove this file? When I
search for this file, it tells me it does not exist.

Because of this file, I'm unable to use Microsoft Updates
for critical updates.

I hope someone can help.
