Don't remember which program I was uninstalling but ever
since then, the system 32 folder opens up when I first
start up my PC. Any ideas how to get this to stop?

Run regedit or regedt32 and check the entries in
HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run for a nul data
value ("") and delete the key. Also check the HLCU/...samepath...

I suggest you export the registry before any changes (just in
case...)

Greetings --

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
